NOTES: **A consultation with Springboard, and a Parent Package, must be completed to sign up for Limited Registration. **Contact us if you do not receive a confirmation after submitting!** Also if you are a new parent, please ensure our email address is not blocked!
The guardian signing up must match the client listed on the Parent Pkg. Only ONE guardian is registered.
